The proven route: the legally binding marriage at your home registry office, and the actual wedding as a free, symbolic ceremony on Mallorca – free in place, flow and design. A civil marriage directly on Mallorca is only possible if at least one partner is registered as resident there.
For the free ceremony on the island: no documents – just a place, a celebrant and your wishes. For the legal marriage, your registry office's requirements apply (IDs, birth certificates, possibly a certificate of no impediment). We guide you through both routes.
Ideally 12 to 18 months ahead: sought-after venues and dates in May, June and September go early. Shorter-notice weddings are possible with flexible venue and date choices.
It depends mainly on guest count, venue type and season – as a rule of thumb, 40–50% of the budget goes to venue and catering. Our free budget planner shows the typical split; you receive an individual estimate shortly.
Usually between 30 and 80 – destination weddings are smaller than celebrations at home, and the closest circle often spends a whole weekend together. From an elopement for two to a celebration with several hundred guests, everything is possible.
At Puntorosso in English and German: consulting, planning and coordination run with one dedicated team, and celebrants design the ceremony bilingually when international guests attend.
