Fincas in this region often offer large capacities for 100–400 guests and can be booked at moderate rates. Especially popular: fincas near Sineu, Algaida and Porreres.

Fincas in the Tramuntana

The UNESCO World Heritage Serra de Tramuntana offers dramatic mountain backdrops – ideal for couples looking for something truly special. Fincas here are more exclusive and come at a higher price, but reward you with spectacular panoramic views out to sea. Capacities are usually 30–120 guests. Particularly sought-after: fincas around Valldemossa, Deià and Sóller.

Fincas with sea views

The holy grail of Mallorcan weddings: a finca with a direct view over the Mediterranean. These venues are rare, highly coveted and booked up early. Puntorosso has exclusive access to several fincas with sea views on the north coast and in the south-west of the island. Capacities: 20–80 guests.

For couples who want to combine the convenience of the capital with the charm of country life: fincas within around 20 km of Palma. Short transfers, close to top hotels for your guests, yet still an idyllic setting. Capacities: 50–250 guests.

What affects the cost of a finca wedding

The cost of a finca wedding depends above all on the number of guests, the size and exclusivity of the finca, the season, and the level you choose for catering, florals and music. An exclusive finca with sea views sits considerably higher than a smaller finca in the island interior. Rather than flat-rate prices, we put together a free, tailored budget estimate that fits your vision precisely.

What should you bear in mind for a finca wedding on Mallorca?

• Permits: A finca may only be used for weddings if it holds the required events licence – this is strictly regulated on Mallorca, and unlicensed event fincas face official sanctions. Puntorosso works exclusively with properly licensed fincas and handles the necessary registrations.
• Music restrictions: In rural areas, stricter noise regulations apply from 10pm; depending on the municipality, outdoor music is usually possible until around midnight. We know fincas that meet these requirements and offer solutions such as sound-insulated indoor areas.
• Caterers: Most fincas allow external caterers. Puntorosso recommends caterers who know the particular finca's kitchen.
• Facilities: At smaller fincas, the existing facilities are not always sufficient for 200 guests. On request, we discreetly arrange mobile units.
• Accommodation: Many fincas have guest houses or rooms. For your guests, we coordinate nearby hotels.

The best time of year for a finca wedding

May, June and September are the most popular months – pleasant temperatures (24–28°C), perfect light for photographs, no extreme heat. October is also wonderful, with its intense autumn light. In July and August it can be very hot (35°C+) at fincas without a pool area for guests. December to March offer better rates and a romantically peaceful island.
