Registry office Palma – ceremony only for couples registered on Mallorca

A legally valid civil ceremony at the Registro Civil de Palma is only possible if at least one partner is officially registered on Mallorca (Empadronamiento) – for couples without residence on the island it is not possible. For them, the usual route is the legal marriage at the home registry office plus a free, symbolic ceremony on Mallorca.
