  • Marinas with jetty areas for sunset events in Palma and Puerto Portals.

The planning process

  1. Briefing (Day 1): Objectives, participants, budget, date, desired style.
  2. Concept presentation (Days 2 to 3): two to three location proposals with programme and budget indication.
  3. Detailed planning (Weeks 1 to 4): location booking, supplier negotiations, logistics, invitation management.
  4. Event day: Our team on site from set-up to the final transfer.
  5. Follow-up: Final report, photo documentation, invoice.
