The classic team event in Mallorca: in small teams, your employees compete for victory on modern sailing boats. Experienced skippers take the helm – your crew decides on tactics, collaboration and pace. Bookable for 8 to 200 people, possible all year round.

Paella cookery course and culinary team building

Standing at the stove together and then enjoying the result: our paella cookery course combines teamwork with Mallorcan gastronomy. For 10 to 80 people. Can optionally be combined with a wine tasting or a cocktail-mixing course.

GPS rally through Palma de Mallorca

Teams of 4 to 6 people explore Palma with GPS tablets: solving puzzles, taking photos, completing tasks – and discovering the city along the way. Perfect for 20 to 200 people, lasting approximately 2 to 3 hours. Always with a closing BBQ or tapas session.

In the UNESCO World Heritage Serra de Tramuntana: guided hikes, via ferrata routes or mountain bike tours for nature-loving teams. With a picnic or finca lunch as the highlight. Bookable in difficulty levels from easy to challenging.
