Destination Wedding Mallorca – The Complete Guide to Your Dream Destination

Destination Wedding Mallorca – The Complete Guide to Your Dream Destination

A destination wedding in Mallorca is a wedding that is far more than a celebration – it is an unforgettable experience for the couple and all their guests. Mallorca brings together everything that makes a perfect wedding destination: breathtaking landscapes, excellent gastronomy, superb accessibility from all over Europe, and a charm that no other island can offer.

What is a destination wedding?

At a destination wedding, couples marry not in their home town but at a dream destination – in this case, Mallorca. The guests travel out and turn the wedding into a multi-day event. Typical elements include: a welcome dinner the evening before, the wedding celebration itself, and a shared breakfast or excursion the next day.

Why Mallorca for a destination wedding?

  • Direct flights from all major European cities – most guests arrive in under 2.5 hours
  • 300 days of sunshine – reliable weather, no need for a back-up plan
  • Dream locations: 120+ exclusive fincas, beachfront villas, historic palaces
  • Top gastronomy: from rustic finca cuisine to Michelin-starred restaurants
  • English-speaking service from Puntorosso – no language barrier
  • Value for money: in the shoulder season, often cheaper than comparable venues back home

Destination Wedding Mallorca: The perfect 3-day programme

Day 1 (Thursday/Friday): Arrival & welcome dinner

Guests arrive and settle into their hotels or rooms at the finca. In the evening: a relaxed welcome dinner on a terrace with sea views – rustic tapas and Mallorcan wine, no big celebration yet, just the first coming-together in a relaxed atmosphere.

Day 2 (Friday/Saturday): The big day

The wedding itself: ceremony (symbolic, on the beach or in the finca chapel), followed by an aperitif reception, dinner and a party late into the night. Our team coordinates every step – the couple has nothing to manage.

Day 3 (Saturday/Sunday): After-party & departure

A shared brunch, an optional excursion (boat trip, sightseeing in Palma) or simply relaxing together by the pool before the guests depart. The loveliest holiday memories are often made on this final morning.

What does a destination wedding in Mallorca cost?

The overall budget for a destination wedding depends heavily on the number of guests and the location. As a rough guide, for 40–80 guests over 3 days you should budget on request including everything (welcome dinner, wedding, after-brunch, transfers, coordination). The accommodation for guests is calculated separately. You can find detailed cost information here.
