A Traditional Mallorcan Country Estate

This finca is very important when it comes to the history of Mallorca. It was founded by Oliver de Termes, a knight of King Jaume I (Rey Jaime I), who took part in the conquest of Mallorca in the 13th century. Since then, the finca has been, and remains, an important model of Mallorcan culture and gastronomy.

It is a “possessió” (a large Mallorcan country estate) that has always adapted to the times without ever losing its natural elegance and beauty, and which has always preserved the special qualities of an aristocratic mountain finca (rural estate).

Since 1966 it has been dedicated to the world of banquets, receptions, incentives and the commercial presentation of products. With several fully equipped dining and event rooms that can accommodate 10 to 1,500 guests, this is the perfect place to make your event something special and unique.

All lounges are equipped with air conditioning, adjustable lighting, background music and toilets. It is just 10 minutes from Palma. Access is very easy and there are two large car parks.
