A dream wedding without kitsch and clichés
It doesn't always have to be pink – a dream wedding done differently!
At last the time had come: after two and a half years of planning, Karin and Ugo exchanged their eternal vows in one of the most spectacular locations in Mallorca, surrounded by family and friends. The wedding planning began as soon as the guests were accommodated, together with the bride and groom, in a luxurious boutique hotel at the edge of the sea. Pure pleasure and relaxation, as preparation for the events of the coming days. Already the following morning it became clear that this would be a special dream wedding, far removed from all kitsch and clichés. Not the usual separate stag and hen nights, but all together they discovered the blue sea of the Balearics on a privately chartered catamaran. Bathing fun and merriment on the high seas, garnished with a gourmet BBQ, sparkling wine and wines, brought the party mood to the boil, right up to sunset. The rest of the evening was spent in a cosy and relaxed manner on the hotel terrace, full of anticipation for the wedding day to come. Without a doubt a highly emotional ceremony, from the very first second, as the bride walked the path to the altar on her father's arm. Accompanied by the symphonic sounds of Eros Ramazzotti's “Musica è”, which had accompanied the couple's love life since their first encounter, the tension grew with every step, up to the climax, as Karin reached her Ugo, with the song fading out on “..insieme a te”. From this point on, the secular celebrant Roland took over and led the couple and all those present into a carousel of emotions. Happiness, romance, longing, memories and joy flowed beneath the skin, like the sea waves breaking on the protruding cliffs. After the exchange of rings and the closing words, all those present congratulated the newly-wed couple. After the fun photo session, congratulations were once again offered at a sparkling-wine reception, with a view of the sea and the distant sun-lit horizon. The entire party of guests was then led to a very charming, rural finca, where a special surprise was waiting. Instead of the usual banquet in a restaurant hall, Karin and Ugo wished for a special wedding meal that matched their kind, friendly and easy-going nature. Wedding planner Claudia Crotti-Erni of Puntorosso fulfilled their wish with a very special idea. Under the direction of the gifted chef and entertainer Pepe, all those present were introduced to the arts of Iberian cuisine. With charm and fun, after a Mallorcan aperitif of pa amb oli with ham and cheese, tomatoes and much more, the delighted guests mastered a delicious paella, which was afterwards eaten as a shared feast. The easy-going mood and emotional atmosphere gave this wedding a special touch and lent this very special day a unique memorable value that will accompany everyone involved for a whole lifetime.
